My Two Cents

Just wanted to pass along my thoughts on the recent happenings involving the Spygate scandal. First and foremost, what exactly is one of the highest ranking Republicans doing getting involved. Shouldn’t he be more concerned with issues that actually affect the country? He’s just trying to find some way to prove the Pats cheated the Eagles in the Super Bowl. Second, supposedly Matt Walsh is afraid to come forward and wants or needs legal protection. I’m sorry, Bill Belichick may look like a mean guy, but does anyone seriously think this guy has the ways and means to frighten someone like Matt Walsh enough to not come forward in this situation? Even if this guy does get the protection he’s looking for, what’s he got that makes anything worse? So far, the only thing he’s told the public is that he has tapes of the Rams walkthrough before Super Bowl XXXVI. Now pay attention because this is important. NO FOOTBALL TEAM FROM HIGH SCHOOL TO THE NFL USES ANYTHING STRATEGIC IN A WALKTHROUGH. There’s a reason it’s called a walkthrough and the team isn’t practicing at full speed.
Now some advice for my fellow fans. Take the silent resistance route here. Fans of other teams, especially those Giants fans and bandwagoners, will try to get in your face about cheat this and cheat that. Just follow the Patriot Way, remain quiet and I’m confident our team will be doing the talking next season.

The reason he’s so angry is because his eagles lost. I like how the patriots are the the only team yet to be mentioned. How about your hometown eagles, Arlen? Once again, jealousy for the patriots past success comes back. Steelers owner and coach both stated that the patriots cheated. when asked whether it affected the outcome of the game, both responded with a NO.
unless you have been afflicted with a mental disorder you should know no one shows their playbook before the game…the patriots were on the field morons.
angry losers in st. louis, phili and carolina–follow our example from this superbowl an stop looking for excuses. you got beat. too bad your franchises now suck!
arlen spector, go work on a new draft of the patriot act. who’s a cheater?
